Όροι και προϋποθέσεις
1. Ο πιο πάνω διαγωνισμός έχει διοργανωθεί από την Γ.Μ.Ν. Ραδιοκύμματα ΛΤΔ (Mix FM) και την BIONIC και δικαίωμα συμμετοχής σε αυτόν έχουν όσοι διαμένουν μόνιμα στην Κυπριακή Δημοκρατία και είναι άνω των 18 ετών. Από τον Διαγωνισμό εξαιρούνται οι υπάλληλοι/στελέχη της Γ.Μ.Ν. Ραδιοκύμματα ΛΤΔ (Mix FM) και της BIONIC, καθώς και οι πρώτου βαθμού συγγενείς αυτών.
2. Η Γ.Μ.Ν. Ραδιοκύμματα ΛΤΔ (Mix FM) φέρει το απόλυτο δικαίωμα τροποποίησης των όρων του Διαγωνισμού χωρίς προηγούμενη ειδοποίηση, σε οποιοδήποτε στάδιο και αν βρίσκεται ο Διαγωνισμός.
3. Ο Διαγωνισμός έχει διάρκεια από την 12η Ιουνίου 2023 στις 7.00 το πρωί μέχρι και την Παρασκευή 28 Ιουλίου μέχρι τις 09.45 το πρωί.
4. Με τη συμμετοχή σας στο Διαγωνισμό δίνετε στην Γ.Μ.Ν. Ραδιοκύμματα (Mix FM) και στην ΒΙΟΝΙC το δικαίωμα να δημοσιεύσουν το όνομα, τα στοιχεία που ζητούνται από το διαγωνισμό και τη φωτογραφία σας στην ιστοσελίδα τους, κοινωνικά δίκτυα (Facebook, Twitter, Ιnstagram, Tik Tok, κλπ), στα ΜΜΕ και στον Τύπο.
5. Αποδεχόμενοι να λάβουν το χρηματικό ποσό, οι νικητές επιτρέπουν στην Γ.Μ.Ν. Ραδιοκύμματα (Mix FM) και BIONIC, να δημοσιοποιήσουν το όνομα, το πρόσωπο, την ηλικία και την πόλη διαμονής του και μέσα από προωθητικές ενέργειες σε σχέση με τον Διαγωνισμό, διά μέσου των ενεργειών δημοσίων σχέσεων και των μέσων. Αυτή η δραστηριότητα ειδικά περιλαμβάνει τη χρήση της εικόνας του – με τη μορφή φωτογραφίας ή φιλμ ή άλλως.
6. Κάθε διαγωνιζόμενος έχει δικαίωμα συμμετοχής όσες φορές επιθυμεί καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια του διαγωνισμού.
7. Ο Σταθμός διατηρεί το δικαίωμα επιβεβαίωσης της εγκυρότητας των συμμετεχόντων και να αποκλείσει οποιονδήποτε δεν ακολουθεί τη διαδικασία συμμετοχής βάσει των προαναφερθέντων όρων και προϋποθέσεων.
8. Για να συμμετάσχετε, πρέπει να επισκεφτείτε την ιστοσελίδα mixfmradio.com/contests και να ανεβάσετε έως τρεις αποδείξεις λογαριασμών.
10. Η κλήρωση θα γίνεται 3 φορές την εβδομάδα μέσω τυχαίας επιλογής και αφού οι συμμετέχοντες καταχωρήσουν τους λογαριασμούς τους στο mixfmradio.com και στείλουν μήνυμα την ώρα που θα ακούσουν το σύνθημα κατά τη διάρκεια του Breakfast Show.
11. Το χρηματικό ποσό είναι μια προσφορά της ΒΙΟΝΙC και δεν ανταλλάσσεται με οτιδήποτε άλλο.
12. Το ανώτατο ποσό που θα παρέχεται για κάθε λογαριασμό είναι τα €300. Σε περίπτωση που το ποσό του λογαριασμού ξεπερνά τα €300, τότε ο σταθμός θα καταβάλλει στον νικητή το ποσό των €300 και ο νικητής θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την καταβολή του υπόλοιπου ποσού.
13. Ο διαγωνισμός θα διαρκέσει μέχρι τις 28 Ιουλίου 2023 ή μέχρι να δωθεί το συνολικό ποσό €3.500 σε νικητές, οποιοδήποτε από τα δύο συμβεί πρώτο.
14. Nοείται ότι οι λογαριασμοί που θα καταχωρηθούν δεν θα έχουν ήδη εξοφληθεί από τον συμμετέχοντα και ότι δε θα έχει παρέλθει 1 μήνας από την ημερομηνία έκδοσής τους.
15. Η συμμετοχή στον Διαγωνισμό αποτελεί πλήρη αποδοχή όλων των προαναφερθέντων όρων.

This contest is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the Republic of Cyprus AND are at least 18 years of age or older with a valid ID at time of entry. Company and Contest Entities, individuals from the radio station, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate or win.
By participating, each entrant agrees as follows:
The contest is administered by the Company and any questions, comments or complaints regarding the contest must be directed to the Company.
- DESCRIPTION OF CONTEST/PARTICIPATION.
Dates of Contest: Contest will begin on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 7 AM and ends at 9.45AM on Friday, July 28, 2023. Registration to submit an online entry will begin on Friday, June 9 2023 and end on Friday, July 28, 2023. The Entry Period in which entrants can submit their entry into the Drawing will be determined by the Entry Method as follows:
1. HOW TO ENTER
a. Listeners can upload a copy of maximum 3 bills via mixfmradio.com/contests
Valid entries must be a photocopy or scan of the entrant’s original bill. The account number on the bill must be blocked out or covered. Any bill submitted over sixty (60) days from the current date will be destroyed. Bills may be resubmitted every sixty (60) days containing all information requested. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
Entries are subject to any applicable restrictions or requirements listed herein. The Company is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties and other technological problems. Τhe company and sponsor are not responsible for lost, late, undeliverable, illegible, damaged, stolen, garbled, delayed, misdirected, mutilated, or incomplete entries or communications, regardless of cause.
2. HOW TO PLAY AND QUALIFYING PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: Beginning Monday, June 19, 2023, listen to the station weekdays from 6.45AM to 9.45AM for the cue. Once you hear the cue text to 3131 the word BILLS followed by NAME_AGE AND LOCATION. Names will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received and only from entrants who have already uploaded their bills on mixfmradio.com. If the entrant is unable to verify registration information, the entrant will automatically be disqualified and their qualifying prize will be forfeited. The Company reserves at its sole discretion the right to not award the qualifying prize or to determine an alternate winner or finalist (if applicable) in accordance with the official rules in the event that any winner or finalist has been disqualified, cannot be contacted, or is deemed ineligible for any reason, or is not available to participate in any applicable contest.
The contestant must provide their own name and surname as stated on their ID, if a contestant uses a false or incomplete name, they will be immediately disqualified from the contest and be ineligible to win any prize.
By participating, you agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) as between you and the Company, that the decisions of the Company is final on all matters relating to the contest; (c) you are not participating on behalf of any employer or third party; (d) in the event that you do not comply with these rules, that you will be disqualified and your prize (if any) will be forfeited; and (e) (when applicable) the potential winner and/or finalist must be available to participate in any portion to the contest that participation may be required to be considered eligible.
Each qualifying prize is dependent upon the amount on the bill that was submitted. The maximum prize that can be won at any given time is €300. Prize will be issued in the form of a check or bank transfer. The winner should then send an email of the receipt regarding the payment made. If the bill cost is more than €300 the company will cover only €300. If the bill cost is less than €300 the company will cover only the full amount of the bill.
A total of 3 (three) winners each week. The weekly winner number is subject to change.
The Station is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address, and/or telephone number of entrants.
The Company further reserves the right to: (i) cancel, terminate, suspend, declare null or void, amend, alter, or modify the contest, void any suspicious entries, rescind any prize, and/or determine absolute resolution, and/or an alternate method of conducting the contest and/or awarding the prize(s) at any time, for any reason, or if, in the sole discretion of the Company, it is impossible or impractical to complete or conduct the contest as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures of any sort, program
