Φέτος τις γιορτές, το Samsung Holiday Moments με τη Δήμητρα Σιβρή φέρνει καθημερινά στον αέρα του Mix FM μια σειρά από διαγωνισμούς με μοναδικά Samsung δώρα. Κάθε εβδομάδα, από τις 16:00 μέχρι τις 17:00, ακούς το Samsung Sounder, συμμετέχεις και μπαίνεις στην κλήρωση της εβδομάδας.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The competitions are organized by G.M.N. RadioKymmata LTD (Mix FM 102.3) in collaboration with Samsung Cyprus and apply to all Samsung Holiday Moments weekly on-air competitions and Samsung Holiday Live Link competitions.

2. Participation is permitted only for individuals aged 18 years and older, who are legal residents of Cyprus.

3. Employees of Mix FM, Samsung, associated partner companies, and their first-degree relatives are strictly prohibited from entering any competition.

4. Participation in any competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

5. For the weekly on-air competitions, participants must listen to “Samsung Holiday Moments with Dimitra Sivri”, Monday–Friday, 16:00–17:00, and when the Samsung Sounder airs, send an SMS to 3131 within 10 minutes with the text: GALAXY, Full Name, City, Age.

6. SMS participation costs €0.52 (incl. VAT). Each SMS counts as one entry and multiple entries are allowed.

7. SMS entries received after the 10-minute window are considered invalid.

8. For the Live Link competitions, participation is done exclusively via the physical form provided at the Mix FM × Samsung booth in the respective mall.

9. To enter a Live Link competition, the participant must locate the Mix FM producers on-site, complete the physical entry form with Full Name, City, Age, Phone Number, and Email, and return it to the team during the live link.

10. Only one physical entry per participant per live link is allowed. Participation is free of charge.

11. The Samsung activation activities at the malls (including ornament creation or Galaxy AI X-mas Lab) are for entertainment only and not part of the competition entry process.

12. The prizes for the weekly on-air competitions are as follows:

    1. Week 1 (1/12–5/12): Samsung Galaxy Ring (€449), draw 5/12

    2. Week 2 (8/12–12/12): Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025 (€699), draw 12/12

    3. Week 3 (15/12–19/12): Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 128GB (€899), draw 19/12

    4. Week 4 (22/12–30/12, excluding 25 & 26 December): Samsung Galaxy Flip7 FE 128GB (€999), draw 30/12

13. The prizes for the Live Link competitions are as follows:

    1. 13 December, My Mall Limassol (16:00–18:00): Samsung Galaxy S25 128GB (€919)

    2. 30 December, Metropolis Mall Larnaca (16:00–18:00): Samsung Galaxy S25 FE (€779)

14. Weekly winners will be randomly drawn from valid SMS entries and announced on-air on the respective draw date.

15. Live Link winners will be selected through a live, on-site draw at the end of each live link broadcast.

16. Winners will be contacted by phone. If the winner does not answer within one (1) hour, Mix FM reserves the right to immediately conduct a new draw to select an alternate winner.

17. Winners must collect their prize within 30 days of notification. Failure to collect may result in forfeiture.

18. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Mix FM and Samsung may substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if required.

19. Mix FM bears no responsibility for warranty issues after prize delivery. Warranty coverage follows the manufacturer’s conditions.

20. Mix FM is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, illegible, late, lost, or failed submissions, nor for technical issues affecting SMS transmission, physical form handling, or event interruptions.

21. Participants take part at their own risk. Mix FM is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from participation or prize usage.

22. Participation requires providing personal data (name, city, age, phone number, email). This information is used exclusively for competition administration and in compliance with GDPR.

23. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except when required for prize fulfillment and will be deleted after the competition period.

24. By participating, entrants consent to the announcement of their first name and city on-air or online if they win.

25. By participating in a Live Link event, entrants also consent to the capturing and use of photographs and video recordings of them during the event for promotional use by Mix FM and Samsung.

26. Mix FM may disqualify any participant who provides false information, violates the rules, or attempts to interfere with the competition process.

27. Mix FM reserves the right to modify, pause, or cancel competitions due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

28. All decisions made by Mix FM regarding competition administration and winner selection are final and binding.

29. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Cypriot courts.
