HOW
1) Send YOUR best summer photo to info@mixfmradio.com from 9th June 2012, 00:01 until 27th June 2012, 23:59. Write your full name, telephone number, your facebook profile id, age, home address, city.
2) In order to be a valid participant for the competition you must LIKE our page on Facebook www.facebook.com/mixfmcyprus.
3) The photos that fulfill all criteria according to the terms & conditions of the competition will be uploaded on 28th June 2012 by Mix FM through an app on our facebook fan page at www.facebook.com/mixfmcyprus.
4) The photo that manages to get the most votes will win. Feel free to promote your entry in order to attract more votes.
5) Voting will commence on 28th June 2012 and will end on 22nd July 2012 at 19:00. Valid likes are the ones received only during that period of time. 
6) The participant with the most votes at the end of the voting period wins the 8-day trip to Mykonos and will be announced immediately on Mix FM’s fan page www.facebook.com/mixfmcyprus

Terms & Conditions

 

 

1. This competition is organized by G.M.N. Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) and is open to permanent residents of the Republic Of Cyprus, except the employees of G.M.N. Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) and D Travel N Outlet Ltd, and their first-degree relatives. All participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entering the competition.

 

2.The rules may be amended by reasonable notification at any time during the competition, and will be applied and interpreted at the sole discretion of G.M.N. Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM).

 

3. The first phase of the competition (submitting the photos to info@mixfmradio.com) commences on Friday, 8^th of June 2012 at 19:00 and ends on Wednesday, the 27^th June 2012 at 23:59. Any photos submitted after Wednesday, the 27^th of June 2012 at 23:59 will not be taken into consideration for the second phase of the competition (voting process). 

 

4. Only one photo submission per person will be accepted (per email account). Should you submit more than one photo, only one will be entered into the contest.

 

5. In order to participate in the competition, all participants must have a valid account and real profile on Facebook. Should G.M.N. Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) discover that a profile is fake, they will proceed with the full disqualification of the participant.

 

6. Any photos that could be deemed rude or offensive or that violate Facebook's terms and conditions (http://www.facebook.com/terms.php?ref=pf) will not be entered in the competition or may be disqualified at a later stage.

 

7. Please make sure you have the permission of all individuals in the photo before you submit it. G.M.N. Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) is not responsible for any photographic rights' infringement that may occur from unauthorized photo usage.

 

8. Please make sure that you own the copyright of the photograph submitted by you. G.M.N. Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) is not responsible for any photographic rights' infringement that may occur from unauthorized photo usage.  In the case that the photo is copied from the internet and is not your own original photo, the photo will be removed immediately and disqualified from the competition.

 

9. G.M.N Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) reserves the right to remove any photographs from their page and competition at any time without the consent of the entrant.

 

10. The second phase of the competition (voting) starts once the "8 Days in Mykonos Contest" tab is published on Mix Fm Radio Facebook Page containing the finalists. This photo album tab app will be live as of Friday, the 28th of June 2012.

 

11. In order to vote photos of the finalists you must like our facebook page "Mix FM Radio" and be our fan. You can vote by clicking the vote button within the competition tab under the photo you want to vote.   

 

12. You are allowed to vote up to 5 (five) photos per day. You can not vote the same photo more than once per day.  

 

13. Participants are allowed to vote for themselves.

 

14. Photos will be viewed in ascending order. The photo with the most votes will hold the first viewing postion, the second voted photo will be viewed second e.t.c. The total number of votes will not be visible during the voting process untill the winner is anounced. Votes CAN NOT be changed from the organizer company 'G.M.N. Radiokymata (Mix FM)'  

 

15. The criteria used by G.M.N. Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) to determine the photos that will go into the second phase of the competition are:

 

-summer concept/theme

-submission of the photo by Wednesday, the 27^th June 2012 at 23:59

-all requested contact details of the participant must be entered in the submission email

-no sexually or otherwise offensive material

-own the rights of the photo

- one submission per person

-over 18 years of age

-Cyprus resident

 

16. Only entries related to the above mentioned theme will be accepted.

 

17. The deadline for voting is Sunday, the 22^nd of July 2012 at 19:00. Any 'votes' after this time will not be taken into consideration.

 

18. The person with the most number of votes on their photo, received until Sunday, the 22^nd of July 2012 at 19:00,will be considered as the winner of the competition, and G.M.N. Radiokymmata LTD will contact him/her on his/her email address or Facebook inbox in order to redeem his/her prize.

 

19. By entering the competition you grant G.M.N. Radiokymmata LTD the permission to publish your photo (credited to you) on their website, social network sites (Facebook, Twitter etc.), media and press.

 

20. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to G.M.N. Radiokymmata and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for entry verification or contact purposes in case you are one of the competition's winners and in order to credit your photo to your name.

 

21. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this promotion should not, in any case, be directed to Facebook but should be directly addressed to G.M.N. Radiokymmata LTD and info@mixfmradio.com.

 

22. Spamming the official Mix FM Facebook page with entries and/or promotion of their entry will end in a disqualification from the competition.

 

23. The competition prize is 8 days in Mykonos, Greece for 2 people (Offered by Taxidoefkeries.com). With a departure on the 14^th of August 2012 and return on the 21^st of August 2012, and includes:

-          Travel agent services

 

24. GMN Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) will not be held responsible if the winner does not hold a valid passport, identity  or any other valid travel document.

 

25. GMN Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) will not be held responsible if the winner does not enjoy the trip or his/her stay in Mykonos, if he/she misses any of the flights (departure or arrival), if he/she loses any personal object, or travel documents during travel or his/her stay in Mykonos , or all of the above due to the winner’s own fault.

 

26. The prize is not exchangeable for money or any other prize, and the details of the prize cannot be altered in any way.

 

27. If GMN Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) detect any fowl play regarding the submission process or/and the voting process, it reserves the right to disqualify the contestant responsible, during any time of the competition, without informing the contestant.

 

28. GMN Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) reserves the absolute right to disqualified anyone at any stage of the competition, even before the announcement of the winner.

 

29. All votes must come from real people with active Facebook profiles (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon - NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM!

 

30. By accepting the prize, the winner allows the organizer to publish their name, face, age and city of residence and through promotional activities in connection with the competition, through the public relations, social network and media. This activity specifically includes the use of any promotional photograph that might be taken with the winner accepting the prize. The winner further agrees that the they will be available to attend any promotional activity across Cyprus, by GMN Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) for the purposes of the competition at any time for a period of 6 months from the termination of the competition.

 

31. The winner public announcement will take place once. GMN Radiokymmata LTD (Mix FM) will contact the winner by private Facebook message and/or telephone and/or email. Failure of the winner to respond to any or all of these notifications within 7 calendar days from the completion of the competition will result in the winner permanently losing the right to receive the prize. The prize will then be given to the first runner-up.
